2025 Middle School BandFest at Lewisburg

**Registration must be completed online through Arbiter Sports:

Arrival for Student Check-In: 8:15am

Seating: 8:50am Rehearsal Begins at 9:00am Concert 6:30pm  Tickets $5.00 - Cash Only, children under 5 years old free
Where: Lewisburg Area High School 545 Newman Road Lewisburg, PA 17837

Concert Dress: Black bottoms that go past the knee (pants encouraged), black shoes, BandFest T-Shirt (issued that afternoon)

Meals: Students should plan to pack a lunch; snacks and dinner will be provided. If students need to purchase lunch through Lewisburg cafeteria, cost is $4.15. Directors, please provide head count to Lindsey Eischeid no later than October 31. 

Parking for daytime rehearsal:
Students should be dropped off in the bus loop at the main entrance at the front of the building. Anyone driving themselves, please park at the back of the building and enter through door 17. Here is a map for reference.

Paperwork for Directors

  • Complete Tshirt size document by October 31
  • School Acknowledgement Form – Requires director AND principal signature. 
  •  Invoice and payment ($25/student)
                - INVOICE and add your school and student information
     -Send check and invoice to Vina Miller (PO Box 112 Ulster, PA 18850)
     -Include the name of festival and your  school district
